Mike reviews Lainey Wilson's live show 10/28/23 in Nashville!

Lainey Wilson's show at Nashville's Municipal Auditorium on October 28th was like a musical recipe that mixed country and rap with a dash of surprise...a bit of a cosmic gumbo! Wilson's powerful voice and storytelling had the crowd wrapped around her finger, and then out popped Nashville native Jellyroll, taking the show to a whole new level.

I took this clip right after she played her SMASH "Things a Man Oughta Know"

Their collaboration on "Mason Jars & Fireflies" was like incredible, combining two worlds you never thought would go together but somehow sounded so right.

The audience? Well, we were singing along to every word. It was a night to remember, like finding the a nice bottle of Blanton's bourbon and left fans with a taste for more of these musical concoctions!

This was night 3/3, and the band was on FIRE! Did I have access backstage and had some bourbon with the crew? That's for me to know and for you to find out :)

Were you there? Leave a comment and let us know what you thought of the show!

Lainey is a total pro and an incredible singer / songwriter I highly recommend!
